California permit practice test 6
Our hardest California set, with thirty questions that test fine detail: permit and license requirements for teens, retest waits, address and vehicle deadlines, every BAC limit, chemical tests and DUI hearings, alcohol and young drivers, insurance proof after a suspension, SR 1 reports, light rail and safety zones, lane choice on tricky turns, bike lanes, choosing between hazards, traffic breaks, law enforcement stops and more. Every answer comes from the California Driver's Handbook. The DMV states an 80% pass mark for the knowledge test but does not publish how many questions it contains, so our sets have 30 questions and you need 24 correct to pass. Our sets have no time limit.
Exam mode: timed, answers at the end, like the real test. Practice mode: untimed, the answer and explanation after each question.
