Iowa permit practice test 5
Twenty-five harder questions on stopping distances, graduated license penalties and requirements, passenger and supervisor rules, crash reporting, lesser-known speed limits, left turns on red, passing limits, merge and ramp signs, trucks, motorcycles, bicyclists, deer and roundabouts. Every answer comes from the Iowa Driver's License Manual or Iowa DOT's own pages. The real Iowa knowledge test is taken with a vision screening. Iowa DOT does not publish the number of questions on the real test, so our size of 25 questions with 20 correct (80%) to pass is our own choice. It matches Iowa DOT's own 25-question online practice test, which says a score of 80% or higher passes. Iowa DOT does not state a time limit, and our sets have none.
Exam mode: timed, answers at the end, like the real test. Practice mode: untimed, the answer and explanation after each question.
