GMAT practice section 7: Verbal Reasoning
Verbal Reasoning is one of the three sections of the GMAT Focus Edition: 23 Reading Comprehension and Critical Reasoning questions in 45 minutes, with no grammar questions. This is the hardest of our Verbal sections: four Reading Comprehension passages, on business, ecology, art history and public policy, and ten Critical Reasoning arguments with subtler assumptions and flaws. Each passage question repeats the passage so it stands alone. With practice sections 6 and 9, this section makes up full GMAT practice test 3. There is no pass mark: the real GMAT reports a scaled score from 60 to 90 for each section and a total score from 205 to 805, so use your result to track progress. On the real test you may review and change up to 3 answers per section.
Exam mode: timed, answers at the end, like the real test. Practice mode: untimed, the answer and explanation after each question.
