UK driving theory practice test 9
Fifty multiple-choice questions in the real car theory test format: 57 minutes, 43 correct answers to pass. The second hardest set, aimed at drivers who are already passing most tests. It covers phone rules for people supervising learners, the blood alcohol limit, motorhome speed limits, high-occupancy vehicle lanes, half barrier level crossings, open crossings, convoy vehicles at road works, hard shoulder signals and the penalty points for careless driving. Every answer comes from The Highway Code, and each question has four options with one correct answer. In the real test three of the fifty questions are about a short, silent video clip; video is not offered here, so every question in this set is written. Hazard perception, the separate second part of the real theory test, is not offered on this site.
Exam mode: timed, answers at the end, like the real test. Practice mode: untimed, the answer and explanation after each question.
