California permit practice test 4
Thirty questions with more figures to remember: multi-lane roundabouts, railroad crossings, merging and exiting distances, passing near hills, stopping distances for trucks, towing and highway speed limits, low-speed vehicles, mountain roads, snow, ice and low visibility, glare at night, refusing a chemical test, DUI penalties, minors and phones, provisional exceptions and reporting a collision. Every answer comes from the California Driver's Handbook. The DMV states an 80% pass mark for the knowledge test but does not publish how many questions it contains, so our sets have 30 questions and you need 24 correct to pass. Our sets have no time limit.
Exam mode: timed, answers at the end, like the real test. Practice mode: untimed, the answer and explanation after each question.
