Colorado permit practice test 1
Twenty-five questions on the basics every new Colorado driver needs: STOP and YIELD signs, traffic lights, a signal that is out, town speed limits, headlights, seat belts, school buses, pedestrians, following distance, the permit supervisor and what to do after a crash. Every answer comes from the Colorado Driver Handbook (DR 2337) and the DMV's permit page. The Colorado DMV does not publish how many questions its Driving Knowledge Test has or its pass mark, so our sets use 25 questions, 5 of them road signs with pictures, and ask for 20 correct (80 percent); that size and mark are our own choice. There is no time limit.
Exam mode: timed, answers at the end, like the real test. Practice mode: untimed, the answer and explanation after each question.
