Hawaii permit practice test 2

Thirty questions a step harder: speed limits in bad weather, the no-passing pennant, exclusion and work zone signs, provisional license passenger and night rules, railroad crossings, being passed, passing near hills, funeral processions, the slow moving vehicle emblem, freeway entrances, open containers, license revocation, backing, lane choice and hazard flashers. The real Hawaii written test for a class 3 learner's permit has 30 multiple-choice questions, and the counties do not publish a pass mark on the pages we could read. This set uses the same format of 30 questions, with 24 of 30 (80 percent) as our own practice standard for a pass, with the one-hour limit of the official online test. Every answer comes from the Hawaii Driver's Manual (2023 edition).
