Illinois permit practice test 6

Twenty-five of the hardest questions: STOP HERE ON RED, WRONG WAY, two-way traffic and T-intersection signs, sign colors, rental trucks on a Class D license, new residents, exam retakes, under-21 suspensions, rear-facing seats, unmarked police cars, signing tickets, uncontrolled intersections, the Dutch Reach, e-bikes and e-scooters, motorcycles at stuck lights, brake and load rules, loud stereos, U-turns, aggressive drivers, first DUI revocation and Tollway breakdowns. Every answer comes from the Illinois Rules of the Road 2026. The Illinois Rules of the Road does not publish how many questions the real written exam has or the score needed to pass, so this set uses our own practice rule: 25 questions, 20 correct (80 percent) to pass. Signs are part of the same written exam, so sign questions are mixed in. No time limit is published; our sets have none.

Exam mode: timed, answers at the end, like the real test. Practice mode: untimed, the answer and explanation after each question.
