Indiana traffic laws practice test 2
Twenty questions that build on the basics: passing and where it is banned, dimming high beams, turning on red, roundabouts and all-way stops, the Move Over law, school buses on divided roads, hill parking, the permit and probationary license rules, points and minimum insurance. Every answer comes from the Indiana Driver's Manual (July 2026). The real BMV knowledge exam has two parts, traffic laws and road signs, and you must score 80 percent or higher on each part separately. The BMV does not publish how many questions are on the exam, so these sizes are our own practice sizes: this traffic-laws set has 20 questions, and you need 16 correct (80 percent) to pass. Practice the other part with our Indiana road signs tests. There is no time limit.
Exam mode: timed, answers at the end, like the real test. Practice mode: untimed, the answer and explanation after each question.
