Maryland permit practice test 2
Twenty-five questions that build on the basics: flashing signals, passing rules, high and low beams, fog, wet roads, railroad crossings, trucks and their no-zones, bicycles, cell phones for drivers under 18, practice hours for a learner's permit and parking. Five questions show sign pictures. Every answer comes from the Maryland Driver's Manual (October 2026). The real MVA knowledge test has 25 questions, you need 88 percent (22 correct) to pass, and you have 20 minutes, so this set uses the same format: 25 questions, 22 to pass, 20 minutes.
Exam mode: timed, answers at the end, like the real test. Practice mode: untimed, the answer and explanation after each question.
