Michigan Operator practice test 3
Thirty Operator questions a step up in difficulty: work zones and green maintenance lights, the move over law, Michigan Lefts, freeway entry and exit, sharing the road with trucks, motorcycles, bicycles and horse-drawn buggies, skids and braking, and the GDL Level 2 restrictions. Every answer comes from What Every Driver Must Know (October 2025), the Michigan Department of State's driver manual. Michigan's written knowledge test has an Operator portion and a separate Signs portion, and you must pass both. The Secretary of State does not publish how many questions each portion has or the passing score, so 30 questions with 24 correct (80 percent) to pass is our own practice size and standard. Road signs have their own practice sets (tests 7 to 12). There is no time limit.
Exam mode: timed, answers at the end, like the real test. Practice mode: untimed, the answer and explanation after each question.
