Michigan Operator practice test 4
Thirty harder Operator questions: multi-step situations at intersections and railroad crossings, hill parking, the no-parking distances, passing limits, signal arrows, HOV lanes, cruise control, night driving, points, alcohol and drug rules and the Temporary Instruction Permit for adults. Every answer comes from What Every Driver Must Know (October 2025), the Michigan Department of State's driver manual. Michigan's written knowledge test has an Operator portion and a separate Signs portion, and you must pass both. The Secretary of State does not publish how many questions each portion has or the passing score, so 30 questions with 24 correct (80 percent) to pass is our own practice size and standard. Road signs have their own practice sets (tests 7 to 12). There is no time limit.
Exam mode: timed, answers at the end, like the real test. Practice mode: untimed, the answer and explanation after each question.
