Minnesota permit practice test 4

Thirty questions that go past the basics: J-turns, left-turn positioning on a green light and multiple turn lanes, highway parking lights, seat belt exemptions and rear-facing car seats, property-damage crashes and insurance revocation, earphones, children crossing and transit buses, stopping clear of crosswalks, bicycle lanes, truck stopping distances, railroad crossings, U-turns, lane-use signals and traffic officers, hydroplaning speed, blowouts, running off the pavement, downed power lines, a car in your lane, first-offense DWI and six road signs. Every answer comes from the Minnesota Driver's Manual (June 2026). The real Class D written test mixes multiple-choice and true-or-false questions on traffic laws and road signs, and you need 80 percent to pass. DVS does not publish how many questions it has, so 30 is our own practice size, and you need 24 of 30 (80 percent) to pass. Our practice tests are untimed.
