Minnesota permit practice test 6
Our hardest set, built on exact figures and fine distinctions: J-turn and roundabout details, bus shoulder rules, truck no zones and hills, projecting loads, trailer loading, window tint, tread depth, required equipment, license cancellation and revocation, DWI penalties by offense, the seven-day temporary license, ignition interlock, the full and provisional license rules, Vanessa's Law, written test retake fees, lane-use signals, diverging diamonds, winter survival, cannabis storage, overheating and six road signs. Every answer comes from the Minnesota Driver's Manual (June 2026). The real Class D written test mixes multiple-choice and true-or-false questions on traffic laws and road signs, and you need 80 percent to pass. DVS does not publish how many questions it has, so 30 is our own practice size, and you need 24 of 30 (80 percent) to pass. Our practice tests are untimed.
Exam mode: timed, answers at the end, like the real test. Practice mode: untimed, the answer and explanation after each question.
