South Carolina permit practice test 3
Twenty questions on flashing red lights, merging onto the interstate, the permit rules for adults, the 40 practice hours, the 0.02 under-21 limit, passing, school buses on divided roads, lane-ends and no U-turn signs, floods, ABS braking, truck blind spots, head restraints, the skills test and the zipper merge. Every answer comes from the South Carolina Driver's License Manual or the SCDMV's own pages, and road sign questions are mixed in, as on the real test. The SCDMV does not publish how many questions its knowledge test has or the score needed to pass, so 20 questions is our own practice size and we count 16 correct (80 percent) as a pass. There is no time limit.
Exam mode: timed, answers at the end, like the real test. Practice mode: untimed, the answer and explanation after each question.
