South Carolina permit practice test 2
Twenty questions on yellow lights, entering a road from a driveway, guide sign colors, warning signs, how far ahead to look and to signal, the 180-day permit hold, steering hand positions, hill parking, dimming high beams, motorcycles, bicyclists, medicines and breakdowns. Every answer comes from the South Carolina Driver's License Manual or the SCDMV's own pages, and road sign questions are mixed in, as on the real test. The SCDMV does not publish how many questions its knowledge test has or the score needed to pass, so 20 questions is our own practice size and we count 16 correct (80 percent) as a pass. There is no time limit.
Exam mode: timed, answers at the end, like the real test. Practice mode: untimed, the answer and explanation after each question.
