Utah permit practice test 3

Fifty questions on alcohol and drug laws, signs and signals, freeway interchanges, railroad crossings, bad weather, crashes and insurance, and the learner permit and licensing rules. Every answer comes from the Utah Driver Handbook (2026). The real Utah written knowledge test for new drivers is a closed-book test of 50 questions, and you must score 80 percent or better, so this set uses the same format: 50 questions, 40 correct to pass. The real test is not timed, and neither is this one.

Exam mode: timed, answers at the end, like the real test. Practice mode: untimed, the answer and explanation after each question.
