Illinois permit practice test 4

Twenty-five medium questions: the crossbuck, slower-traffic, divided-highway and narrow-bridge signs, railroad parking and gear rules, school bus warnings and the four-lane exception, bicyclists and bike lanes, interstate left lanes, ramps and missed exits, yielding on green and at T intersections, driveways, the BAIID permit, the 45-day receipt, open containers, unattended vehicles, address changes, hill parking, tint and horseback riders. Every answer comes from the Illinois Rules of the Road 2026. The Illinois Rules of the Road does not publish how many questions the real written exam has or the score needed to pass, so this set uses our own practice rule: 25 questions, 20 correct (80 percent) to pass. Signs are part of the same written exam, so sign questions are mixed in. No time limit is published; our sets have none.

Exam mode: timed, answers at the end, like the real test. Practice mode: untimed, the answer and explanation after each question.
