Virginia general knowledge practice test 4
Thirty general knowledge questions on the exact figures in the Virginia rules: how far to stay behind emergency vehicles, when to dim high beams, the 150-foot center-lane limit, parking distances, the three-foot bicycle rule, hand position, following distance, mirror checks, air bags and child seats, helping after a crash, new resident and address-change deadlines, impaired driving below .08, administrative license suspension, reckless driving speeds, work zone fines, bicycle boxes, sharrows, toll lanes, low speed vehicles, hill parking, demerit points, vision standards and exam retakes. Every answer comes from the Virginia Driver's Manual (DMV 39, April 2026) and the Virginia DMV's own pages. The real Virginia knowledge exam has two parts: 10 traffic sign questions, which you must all answer correctly, and 30 general knowledge questions, where you need 24 correct. This set practices the general knowledge part in the same format: 30 questions, 24 to pass. The traffic signs part has its own practice sets. There is no time limit.
Exam mode: timed, answers at the end, like the real test. Practice mode: untimed, the answer and explanation after each question.
