Part 3 questions that follow this card
Part 3 broadens the topic into a discussion of four to five minutes. Give a view, a reason and an example each time.
- Why do so many people not get enough sleep?
- Why do some people find it hard to relax?
- Should workplaces allow short rests during the day?
- Do modern lifestyles leave enough time for rest?
How to handle this card
Compare how you felt before and after resting. That contrast gives you natural material and lets you use both past and present tenses. Avoid going into detail about illness, and keep the focus on relaxing.
